Early bird submissions will close at 23.59.59 in your own timezone and we will check this by verifying the timestamp on your email.

I'm sorry about this, but I submitted mine a little while back, and I am having a total brain fart about if I got a confirmation or not. I wasn't aiming to do the early bird exception, I was just done early. XD If the email didn't go through, just let me know, and I'll re-submit it. It was a somewhat big file.

We have it however we haven't logged it yet. As soon as it is logged a confirmation shall be sent. Submitting a piece early doesn't mean that we expect a second piece from our artists, it merely gives those who would like to do so the option.
