Early bird submissions will close at 23.59.59 in your own timezone and we will check this by verifying the timestamp on your email.

We do have your art and it shall be logged at the end of the week with a couple of other pieces that have been sent in. This week has been rather busy for the moderator responsible for this.

I'm sorry about this, but I submitted mine a little while back, and I am having a total brain fart about if I got a confirmation or not. I wasn't aiming to do the early bird exception, I was just done early. XD If the email didn't go through, just let me know, and I'll re-submit it. It was a somewhat big file.

We have it however we haven't logged it yet. As soon as it is logged a confirmation shall be sent. Submitting a piece early doesn't mean that we expect a second piece from our artists, it merely gives those who would like to do so the option.
