That isn't a new email, it's the one you sent whenever the art was submitted, right? I'm fretting about nothing here aren't I....

Yes, so long as you got a reply whenever you submitted your artwork, you are fine. This only pertains to individuals who submitted and did not receive ANY reply yet.
