Second Round claims reminders
The second round claims post is still open here, and there are still a few prompts left so we encourage everyone to take a look and see if there is anything they might like to write for. Anyone who takes on a second claim will be guaranteed a late posting date for that prompt if they need it.
Timeline:
Monday, October 11th: Check in
Friday, October 15th: Posting Schedule goes up
Monday, October 25th: Posting begins
Posting Schedule:We have a total of 172 prompts in all, so we are anticipating posting at a rate of six stories a day for about a month starting from October 25. Wincon runs from October 15-17 so we anticipate no conflicts with posting.
Check-ins: We will not be taking rough/final drafts of any art or fic at check-in. All we will require is a wordcount & pairing/genre of the fic from the authors. Artists are free to comment with the status of their artwork, but that is optional.
Notifications: We will be emailing all of the artists notifications of their claims assignment tonight and tomorrow. Please contact your author (if you have not done so already) as soon as possible so they can begin writing for your prompt. If you are an artist who is uncertain as to who was assigned their prompt, go to this post here and look under the 'CONTACT' thread for authors who list their prompt number and contact information.
