At 23.59.59 Tuesday November 1st 2011 (going into Wednesday November 2nd 2011) the deadline for rough draft submission closes.
Authors so long as your piece is submitted by 23.59.59 in your timezone it will be accepted. This shall be verified by the timestamp on the email you use to send your art in.
