In SPN there are Gen prompts for Sam, Dean and Cas; how about the three of them at a nudist resort or figthing evil together? There are also cool pairings on offer: Sam/Dean in the Sahara, snuggly Benny/Dean/Sam, wounded Gadreel with Sam, Demon!Dean, Hurt!Sam, and a quest that could be Either wincest or J2.
