The prompt was "I'd love to read a J2 story in the universe of Children of Men, in an apocalyptic world with wars, terrorism, dictorial society...no mpreg though.

Warnings: Some violence, abduction, some schmoop
Author's Notes: I'd never written any J2 before, though I've read plenty. I went through the SPN art posts, picked out a few things and when claiming time came along put in for them. While I was waiting to hear if my choices were accepted I decided to take a look at the J2 art, because I love looking at all the art and prompts.
Well, was I ever happy I did! The artexpectative had submitted for that category literally jumped off the page at me. I loved the movie Children of Men and I've got a real post-apoc kink I think...lol Looking at the banner of Jared looking out from behind a wall set off so many ideas. This was one of those fics that almost wrote itself. When I found out I my original choices were already spoken for I was thrilled to hop on this one and held my breath until I found out it was mine. The Reverse BB might have been for the artists, but I think I definately got the better end of the deal. I was delighted and honored to have such wonderful, inspiring art to write an accompanying fic. I only hope my story submission matches the awesome that is the art.
