Posting Schedule 2015
Nov. 18th, 2015 09:56 pmWe know you’ve all been anxiously waiting for this to come, so apologies for the delay. Here we go now!
To start with, have a few stats! (Because at least one of the mods is totally into statistics, and she happens to be the one making the schedule \o/)
This year, we have a total of 118 art prompts (28 RPF, 73 SPN, 17 Either), submitted by a total of 82 artists. That includes 34 artists with two prompts, and one brave soul who did three. (We know we’d specified just the two, but this specific artist is a RBB veteran who submitted all of her pieces super fast way before the deadline, so who are we to turn down one extra piece of pretty. :D) Thanks so much, guys, for making this event possible to begin with!
On the author front, we had 206 originally signed up, with 117 people actually claiming a prompt. We had slightly less art this year and a lot of writers wanting to participate, so this time around we only have 1 writer with two claims. Kudos to all of you guys as well, for giving all our lovely art prompts a loving home so fast!
As listed above, we do have a few people with multiple pieces this year, be it artists or authors. That is reflected in the posting schedule as well. We tried to wrangle it so that everybody with more than one piece has at least a week to ten days between their posting dates. Also, we tried to come up with a reasonable mix of SPN and RPF prompts for the entire posting period, with the Either prompts sprinkled in-between.
Considering that, PLEASE try and stick with your original posting date! If you really absolutely cannot make it on your assigned date, let us know and we’ll see what we can do. Also, please make sure to contact your author/artist before contacting the mods!
Lastly, here’s a short reminder of the next important scheduled dates for this round of the challenge:
December 13 thru 19: Writer Rough Drafts Due (MANDATORY)
Wednesday, January 13, 2016: Posting Begins!
Now, on to the who and when!
( Posting Schedule 2015 )
There are a lot of people and numbers to keep track of here, so it’s entirely possible that some errors might have crept in. If anybody notices anything amiss, be it in regards to pairings or prompt numbers, please let us know asap and we’ll fix it. Thanks!
P.S. By now, everybody should have been in contact with their respective partner(s). If for whatever reason you haven’t heard from your author/artist yet, please contact us immediately so we can make sure everything is working out.
